Based in Canada and the US, Catch Recruitment is a new female-led agency who’s doing things differently in the world of recruitment.
What stood out to me about them was the level of dedication they showed, going beyond what’s expected to find the right fit for both clients and candidates. They seek to see the people behind the resumés and focus on building relationships. They understand that people are at the heart of any business, the linchpin to a successful organization—and that’s precisely where we found our inspiration.
Like a linchpin holds a wheel in position, people are what hold a company together. The logo is a reminder of this idea, a symbol of Catch’s foundational values.
The brand’s typographic system, combined with a strong copywriting concept, visualizes a belief that sets Catch apart from other agencies.
